Description
The Assistant Engineer, WSS will independently lead process development or optimization projects, troubleshoot production and new-product-introduction issues, support production automation, maintain process documentation, and provide on-the-job training to junior engineers. The role requires an engineering degree, at least three years of process-engineering experience, optical-electronic knowledge, engineering-analysis and root-cause skills, basic computer and communication abilities, and good English proficiency.
