Description
ES Foundry is hiring an on-site Assistant Equipment Engineer in Greenwood, South Carolina, to support the optimization, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of solar foundry production lines. The role collaborates with manufacturing supervisors, process and equipment technicians, and other engineers; provides first-level equipment engineering support; develops preventive maintenance procedures and training programs; performs root-cause failure analysis; and contributes to cost-reduction, OEE, yield, reliability, and new-line startup projects. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field, recent-graduate status, problem-solving and quality tools knowledge, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
