The role is a construction estimator who reads construction plans and technical drawings, translates them into material and labor calculations, prepares quotations, compares prices, and reports analyses to the chief estimator. The position requires basic construction or engineering education, analytical and organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and preferably knowledge of KPD, AutoCAD, or similar software.
