Martin Concrete Construction is hiring an entry-level, full-time Assistant Estimator in Kennesaw, Georgia. The role supports preconstruction estimating for commercial concrete projects by assisting with quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, material and equipment cost estimation, subcontractor and vendor solicitation, proposal review, schedule support, and project file organization. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction estimating software; prior estimating experience is preferred.
