Description
The Assistant Estimator will support the technical and financial preparation of residential construction projects by preparing detailed cost estimates from plans and bills of quantities, checking construction plans, comparing contractor and supplier quotes, monitoring contracts and progress statements, and contributing to cost control and project optimization. The role requires a technical bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent relevant experience, strong analytical and calculation skills, MS Office and Excel knowledge, and very good Dutch; it is a permanent or self-employed collaboration with a market-rate salary and fringe benefits.
