Health Dimensions Group is hiring an Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director in overseeing a managed CBRF senior living community in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The role focuses on operational leadership, resident experience, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, people and culture initiatives, budgeting and staffing support, and fostering a positive team environment. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, administrator licensure or the ability to obtain it, at least two years of supervisory/leadership experience, and at least two years of senior living or related healthcare experience.
