The role involves leading and supporting daily operations, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance, driving financial performance, and fostering team development within a 72-bed skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least three years of experience in a skilled nursing facility, and two years of supervisory experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Three years of experience within a licensed Skilled Nursing Facility or Senior Housing setting.
Two years of supervisory experience.

Experience and demonstrated ability to drive successful financial results.
Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations applicable to long-term care.
Computer proficiency and comfort working with technology and business systems.
Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to provide effective supervision and direction.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
Ability to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and follow through on responsibilities.
Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across departments and as part of an interdisciplinary leadership team.
