Description
The Assistant Facility Engineer supports day-to-day facility operations at the YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase, including preventive maintenance, maintenance requests, inspections, HVAC and building-system monitoring, inventory, vendor coordination, emergency response, and staff training. The role requires hands-on facility work, basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preventive maintenance, and availability for emergency call-outs; bilingual English/Spanish and pool operator certification are preferred. The salary is $40,000.00, with medical, dental, and vision coverage for the employee and dependents.
