The Assistant Facilities Manager supports the operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical facility infrastructure systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and related support equipment. The role collaborates with facility management, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainability objectives. The position offers a salary of $95,900 to $108,000 per year and requires at least five years of facility management experience, familiarity with critical systems, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to perform physical inspections and emergency response duties.
