BGIS is hiring an Assistant Facility Manager in Dallas, Texas, and surrounding areas to direct maintenance activities for basic electrical or mechanical systems, ensure system uptime and compliance, manage client and internal projects, coordinate retrofits and upgrades, and provide technical leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of facility management or related experience, and strong knowledge of data center operations, building infrastructure, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
