Description
The Assistant Facility Manager will oversee the maintenance, safety, functionality, and presentation of assigned outlet and support facilities. The role plans preventive maintenance for building systems and site assets, responds to urgent breakdowns, manages contractors and service providers, tracks maintenance costs, maintains asset records, and supports store openings, refurbishments, closures, and improvement projects. It requires five years of facilities or maintenance management experience, strong technical and vendor-management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work across multiple sites.
