The Facility Operations Assistant Manager is a full-time role supporting the Facility Operations Manager in maintaining clean and functioning club facilities, responding to member feedback, assisting with budgets, training and coaching staff, supporting safety compliance, recruiting and interviewing operations personnel, attending department meetings, and coordinating staff schedules. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification within 30 days, one year of customer service experience, Aquatic Facilities Operator Certification, and a Certified Pool Operator license within three months, along with a flexible schedule. Pay is $26.00 to $34.75 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, retirement, paid leave, and other employee benefits.
