Description
The Assistant Fairmont Gold Manager leads the day-to-day operation of Fairmont Gold, a hotel-within-a-hotel experience at Fairmont Banff Springs. Reporting to the Director of Fairmont Gold, the role oversees guest service, lounge operations, room inventory, staffing, revenue and expense management, VIP experiences, quality standards, financial performance, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires luxury-hotel leadership experience, Alberta ProServe certification, property management system experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage competing operational priorities. The salary is $68,000-$70,000 gross annually, with subsidized staff accommodation and medical, vision, and dental benefits for eligible full-time permanent employees.
