Description
The Assistant Farm Manager supports the farm manager at Casey Farm in Saunderstown, Rhode Island, overseeing farm hands, workshares, volunteers, greenhouse and field operations, equipment maintenance, animal care, and produce sales. The role also answers visitor questions and may perform other duties as needed. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of job-related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate farm equipment; experience managing crews, volunteers, tractors, power tools, and mowing equipment is preferred.
