Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Assistant Field Engineer for its Operations team on a project in Mooresville, Indiana. The role supports and oversees field engineering crews, establishes and maintains project control, plans and performs layout operations, verifies layout accuracy, and coordinates with field crews and trade partners. Candidates must have experience leading construction layout crews, knowledge of surveying equipment and construction drawings, and the ability to perform layout calculations and work in an OSHA-compliant environment.
