Holder Construction is hiring a full-time Assistant Field Engineer for its Operations team on a project in Richmond, Virginia. The role establishes and maintains project control, supports and oversees field engineering crews, plans and performs layout operations, verifies layout accuracy, and coordinates with field crews and trade partners. Candidates must have experience leading construction layout crews, knowledge of surveying equipment and construction drawings, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and in outdoor conditions.
