Description
Lam is hiring an Assistant Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for semiconductor capital equipment and other electro-mechanical and electronic systems. The role covers equipment installation, relocation, start-up, cutover, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, hardware support for Tier 2 process qualification, and equipment handover. Candidates need a diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related discipline, cleanroom and safety-equipment experience, analytical problem-solving skills, English communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently and work varied shifts. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
