The Finance and Accounting Manager supports property-wide brand strategies by analyzing financial data, forecasting sales, preparing budgets, monitoring profitability, managing taxes and audits, and ensuring accurate P&L reporting. The role leads accounting and finance teams, develops performance and development plans, communicates financial information to owners and executives, and advises the general manager and executive committee on operating and financial issues. A four-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related major is required, with no prior work experience required.
