Description
The Financial Controller oversees accounting and financial controls for a hotel, including accounts receivable and payable, cash and banking reconciliations, VAT and PAYE returns, journal entries, management reporting, procurement, inventory, audits, and process improvements. The role also manages reporting staff, training, leave and time sheets, employee relations, and compliance with hotel policies and health and safety procedures. A diploma or degree in Finance is required, and the position accepts flexible work schedules to support uninterrupted hotel service.
