Description
The Assistant Controller leads month-end close, balance-sheet integrity, manufacturing cost accounting, inventory analysis, forecasting, operating planning, internal controls, and financial reporting for Crane Authentication's Lancaster manufacturing site. The role partners with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to connect manufacturing performance with financial results, supports ERP and payroll processes, coaches accounting resources, and drives close and control improvements in a U.S. GAAP and SOX-controlled environment. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least seven years of progressive accounting, controllership, manufacturing finance, plant finance, or cost accounting experience are required.
