Avery Dennison is hiring a Finishing 1M Line Team Lead to run the Finishing 1M production line and lead a team of operators at its Rodange site. The role manages manufacturing operations, safety and quality compliance, continuous improvement, resource optimization, reporting, and team development, while working a rotating seven-day American tour schedule. Candidates should have experience leading and coaching staff, strong safety and quality awareness, strong organization and follow-up skills, initiative, creativity, and computer skills.
