Description
The Assistant Food Service Manager supports the Food Service Manager in maintaining continuous food service operations at FiveStar. The role handles customer service, food safety and sanitation, inventory and ordering, equipment maintenance, merchandising, promotions, communications, and staff training and supervision. It requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; at least one year of food service experience is preferred; knowledge of food service equipment; and the ability to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and physically demanding conditions.
