RATEC is hiring an Assistant for Mechanical Engineering in Hockenheim to support skilled professionals with bending metal parts, removing parts from laser machines, assisting with machine operations, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The role requires motivation, physical resilience, basic German communication, and a forklift license; prior experience with laser or press brake/bending machines is advantageous but not required. The position offers performance-based pay, vacation and Christmas bonuses, bike leasing, and a single-shift early-shift schedule.
