Neighbourly Pharmacy is hiring a full-time Assistant Front Store Manager to support and lead the front store and pharmacy operations at Rx Drug Mart in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. The role supervises and develops team members, manages scheduling and performance, oversees inventory and compliance, supports insurance and reimbursement processes, and assumes responsibility for the store when the Pharmacy Manager or other designated leader is absent. The position requires leadership, customer service, operational, communication, and retail or pharmacy experience, along with a valid driver’s licence and criminal record check; postsecondary education in a relevant field is an asset.
