DMK Development Group is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to oversee a 85,000-square-foot senior-housing construction project in Muskegon, Michigan. The role manages day-to-day site operations, project schedules, progress reporting, quality control, inspections, materials and equipment coordination, safety, and relationships with subcontractors, owners, and city officials. Candidates need at least two years of construction project leadership experience, knowledge of construction safety, the ability to read construction plans and specifications, and computer proficiency; healthcare and multifamily experience are preferred.
