Description

The Assistant General Counsel (AGC), Power Supply will provide legal representation, advice, and counsel to the Power Supply team regarding energy procurement, negotiation of power purchase agreements, asset management, trade reconciliation, and compliance with statutory and energy regulatory requirements. This role involves supporting other CPA departments impacted by power supply-related issues and state/federal energy policies.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience in energy, regulatory, public agency, administrative law, or policy space, with at least 5 years being legal.
Preferred Qualifications: Preference given to top-tier law firms (AmLaw 200) or relevant in-house experience.
