AirStrip Technologies is hiring an Assistant General Counsel for its Shared Services group. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and focuses on complex technology transactions, commercial, software licensing, SaaS, services, intellectual property, and healthcare-related agreements; contract management; procurement and contracting compliance; HIPAA privacy and security matters; and transaction closure. The position is remote within the United States, with possible periodic travel to offices in Dallas and Los Angeles, and offers a base salary of $170,000 to $210,000 plus bonus potential.
