Description
Hadassah is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance and support across contracts, compliance, governance, employment, risk management, intellectual property, tax, regulatory, real estate, and other organizational matters. The role advises internal clients and outside counsel, conducts legal research, prepares policies and training, and supports the organization’s operations and strategic priorities. The position requires a Juris Doctor, New York State Bar admission, and at least three years of transactional experience at a major law firm, with a preference for real estate or corporate experience.
