MTA Construction & Development is hiring an Assistant General Counsel to provide in-house legal counsel, contract management, procurement, risk management, and policy advice across construction, real estate, human resources, environmental, intellectual property, and other agency matters. The role will draft and review construction and professional services contracts, analyze contractor claims, negotiate contract changes, represent the agency in complex disputes, coordinate outside counsel, and develop compliance training. It is based at 2 Broadway, offers one day of telework per week, and pays $109,816 to $137,270.
