Description
Intuit is hiring an Assistant General Counsel to build and expand the legal framework for its channel, alliance, and partner-led mid-market motion. The role independently structures, drafts, and negotiates complex reseller, distribution, referral, strategic alliance, and go-to-market agreements; advises sales leaders on channel structure, conflict, and antitrust risks; designs scalable program terms and processes; and partners with product, finance, privacy, and security teams. Candidates need a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, U.S. bar membership, and 10+ years of commercial transactions experience, including meaningful in-house SaaS or technology experience and a track record scaling channel legal frameworks.
