Description
Roku is hiring an Assistant General Counsel, Litigation to manage its corporate litigation portfolio outside intellectual property, including consumer class actions, commercial and contract disputes, privacy-related claims, and government investigations. The role owns case strategy, outside counsel management, regulatory coordination, litigation operations, and reporting to senior legal and business stakeholders. It requires substantial complex litigation experience, strong legal writing and judgment, and the ability to develop novel legal theories in ambiguous matters. The position offers an estimated annual base salary of $260,000 to $280,000 plus equity and benefits, with a hybrid work arrangement generally involving office attendance Monday through Thursday.
