Description
The Assistant General Counsel of Real Estate and Development will serve as the company’s lead lawyer for data center development, construction, financing, and operations. The role owns legal matters from site selection through commercialization, leads negotiations for acquisitions, leases, joint ventures, and financing, oversees site diligence and construction contracts, manages claims and safety compliance, directs outside counsel, and mentors legal resources. The position requires an active U.S. bar license, at least 10 years of legal experience, and expertise in commercial real estate development, construction, and data center transactions; it is based in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida.
