ReSource Pro is hiring a remote, full-time Assistant General Counsel - Technology to handle technology services, insurance solutions, and vendor contracts. The role covers drafting, redlining, negotiating, and managing Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, SaaS, service-level, and licensing agreements; assessing legal risks; conducting legal research; and supporting the Associate General Counsel and General Counsel. Candidates need a JD from an accredited law school, a United States state bar membership in good standing, and 5–6 years of law experience. The position offers a salary range of $110,611 to $187,510 annually, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
