Enova is hiring an Assistant General Counsel, Transactional Law/Contracts to advise on and lead commercial, financial-services, and technology contracts across its United States, Brazil, and Mexico operations. The role covers contract review, drafting, negotiation, risk calibration, vendor and third-party diligence, regulatory compliance, outside counsel management, and modernizing contract lifecycle management with AI tools. It requires a Juris Doctorate, active bar membership, and at least five years of relevant transactional experience; financial-services or banking experience is preferred. The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays, with an annual salary range of $122,000 to $165,000 and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
