Buddy’s is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee all departments of a restaurant unit, manage shifts, staff, labor, accounting reports, product quality, cleanliness, deliveries, guest service, and operational improvements. The role requires at least three years of general management experience in a full-service restaurant, strong leadership and customer-service skills, and the ability to work a minimum of five days per week.
