Description
Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, managing shift managers and front- and back-of-house team members, improving guest engagement and guest-related metrics, and driving training, development, and operational standards. The role requires at least three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience and knowledge of labor laws, food safety, alcohol service, sanitation, security, and computer operations. Compensation is $75,000 to $85,000 per year with a broad benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, tuition benefits, and training and advancement opportunities.
