Hyde Park Hospitality is hiring an Assistant General Manager to manage daily operations of the Sapphire Lounge at Boston Logan International Airport. The role oversees guest check-in, appearance care, concierge, guest service, food delivery, dining, bar, and coffee operations; leads up to 30 team members; handles recruiting, scheduling, payroll, training, safety, compliance, and financial targets; and reports to the General Manager. Candidates need 2–4 years of management experience in fine dining, hotels, or upscale hospitality, a bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality or equivalent experience, leadership and communication skills, and relevant food, alcohol, and airport security certifications. The position is on-site, requires weekend and holiday availability, and pays $85,000–$95,600 annually with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
