Description
Wingstop is seeking General Managers and Assistant General Managers to provide strategic and tactical leadership for its restaurants. The role oversees people management, staffing, hiring, training, performance, safety, facilities, risk management, financial analysis, budgeting, sales, labor and food costs, and operational standards. Candidates must have at least two years of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work 50–60 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
