Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant at 1819 Madison Avenue, Mankato, Minnesota. The role oversees the entire restaurant operation, manages and develops team members, handles scheduling and customer complaints, maintains point-of-sale and cash-handling systems, and supports food quality, safety, labor, inventory, and financial performance. The position requires at least one year of restaurant or retail experience, sales-building, P&L, recruiting, and training experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. It is a non-exempt management role requiring a minimum of 50 hours per week, with pay of $14 to $35 per hour and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
