Description
Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant at 601 S Centerville Rd, Sturgis, Michigan. The role oversees the entire restaurant operation, manages and develops team members, handles scheduling and customer complaints, maintains point-of-sale and cash-handling systems, and supports food quality, safety, labor, inventory, and profit performance. The position requires at least one year of restaurant or retail experience, sales-building, P&L, recruiting, and training experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays. It is a non-exempt management position expected to work at least 50 hours per week, with pay of $14 to $35 per hour and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
