Description
Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Northfield restaurant to operate the entire restaurant, lead and develop team members, manage scheduling and performance, maintain POS and cash-handling systems, control labor and inventory, and ensure health, safety, legal, and customer-experience standards. The role requires at least one year of restaurant or retail experience, sales-building, P&L, recruiting, and training experience, a minimum of 18 years of age, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma or equivalent. It is a non-exempt management position expected to work at least 50 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and pay of $16 to $35 per hour.
