Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant at 1401 N Broadway, Menomonie, Wisconsin. The role oversees the entire restaurant operation, manages and develops team members, handles scheduling, customer complaints, point-of-sale systems, health and safety, cash handling, inventory, and P&L performance. Candidates need at least one year of restaurant or retail experience, sales-building, P&L, recruiting, and training experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and ServeSafe certification. The position is non-exempt, requires a minimum of 50 hours per week, and pays $14 to $35 per hour.
