Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant at 1191 O'Malley Drive, Coopersville, Michigan. The role oversees the entire restaurant operation, manages and develops team members, handles scheduling and customer complaints, maintains point-of-sale and cash-handling systems, and supports profitability through P&L analysis, inventory control, and labor management. The position requires at least one year of restaurant or retail experience, sales-building, P&L, recruiting, and training experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays. It is a non-exempt management position expected to work at least 50 hours per week, with pay of $14 to $35 per hour and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
