Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant at 850 N Henderson St, Galesburg, Illinois. The role oversees the entire restaurant operation, manages and develops team members, handles scheduling and customer complaints, maintains point-of-sale and cash-handling systems, and supports profitability through P&L analysis, inventory control, and labor management. The position requires at least one year of restaurant or retail experience, sales-building, P&L, recruiting, and training experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. It is a non-exempt management position requiring a minimum of 50 hours per week, with pay of $15 to $30 per hour.
