Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant at 8387 Westpark Way, Zeeland, Michigan. The role oversees the entire restaurant operation, manages and develops team members, handles scheduling, customer complaints, point-of-sale systems, health and safety, cash handling, inventory, and P&L performance. Candidates need at least one year of restaurant or retail experience, sales-building, P&L, recruiting, and training experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and ServeSafe certification. The position requires a minimum of 50 hours per week, may include early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, and pays $14 to $35 per hour.
