Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant at 2000 Cliff Rd, Eagan, MN, 55122. The role oversees the entire restaurant operation, manages and develops team members, handles scheduling and customer complaints, maintains point-of-sale and cash-handling systems, and supports profitability through P&L analysis, inventory control, and labor management. The position requires at least one year of restaurant or retail experience, sales-building, P&L, recruiting, and training experience, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ServeSafe certification. It is a non-exempt management role expected to work at least 50 hours per week, with pay of $14 to $35 per hour.
