Buc-ee's is opening in Murfreesboro, TN by fall 2026 and is seeking an Assistant General Manager. This role involves promoting a clean, friendly, and in-stock customer experience, leading a store team, ensuring product quality, and providing excellent customer service. The Assistant General Manager will perform duties of the Store General Manager, reconcile shift reports, resolve customer and employee issues, and assist with recruitment and training. The position requires a strong understanding of point-of-sale systems and adherence to safety regulations.
