Culinaire, a member of Compass Group USA, is hiring an Assistant General Manager in San Antonio, Texas, to support the General Manager in managing an upscale food and beverage account. The role oversees safety, sanitation, maintenance, food costs, purchasing, inventory, HACCP controls, employee development, client relationships, and interdepartmental operations. Applicants should have strong upscale food service and multi-unit management experience, leadership and scheduling skills, knowledge of food safety and financial controls, and strong catering experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
