The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leading the Iberian Pig restaurant across Decatur, Atlanta, Nashville, and Charlotte. The role oversees guest experience, accounting and administrative reporting, marketing and sales, human resources, onboarding and training, and day-to-day restaurant operations. It requires at least three years of hospitality experience, including leadership in a fine-dining restaurant, and offers a $55,000–$70,000 yearly salary plus health, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) employer match, and other benefits.
