The Assistant General Manager leads store operations as manager-on-duty and second-in-command to the General Manager at a Domino's franchise operated by Hammerhead Pizza LLC. The role supervises customer service representatives, delivery experts, and pizza makers; supports recruiting, training, scheduling, sales and profit goals, food quality, health and safety, inventory, cash reconciliation, marketing, and customer and team relationships.
